2 held with yaba in Noakhali
Police have arrested two youths along with 200 yaba tablets from Nandirpar Bridge area Senbag in Noakhali on early Thursday.
They were identified as Md Solaiman alias Shahin, 22, son of Azgar Ali and Fazlur Rahman alias Jashim Uddin, 35, residents of Kalarita of the upazila.
Abdul Baten Mridha, Officer-in-Charge of Senbag Police Station, told The Business Standard that a police team led by Sub-inspector Al Amin set up a check post at Nandirpar Bridge, on the basis of secret information.

"At one stage, they stopped a CNG run auto-rickshaw and found the yaba tablets from the detainees' possession," he added.
A case was filed under the Narcotics Control Act over the incident, he mentioned.
