Premier Bank 6th FACD-CAB, International Education EXPO concludes
The FACD-CAB organised the expo to promote higher education in abroad
A two-day long —12 and 13 March—international education fair titled "Premier Bank 6th FACD-CAB, International Education EXPO 2021" concluded in InterContinental Dhaka hotel on Saturday.
The Foreign Admission and Career Development Consultants Association of Bangladesh (FACD-CAB) organised the expo to promote higher education in abroad. Premier Bank was the title sponsor of the expo.
Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen, MP inaugurated the ceremony, where Golam Awlia, additional managing director, Premier Bank Limited was present as a special guest.
Mohammad Shamim Murshed, SEVP and head of retail banking, Premier Bank and Kazi Faridul Haque Happy, President, FACD CAB were also present at the ceremony among many others.
A total of 46 foreign admission and career development consultants of Bangladesh participated at the event, where representatives of 300 universities of around 30 countries including Australia, USA, UK, Canada, China, Malaysia, Philippines, Nepal and Latvia attended.
In the fair, students and jobseekers of the country got opportunity to talk personally and directly with the university representatives about admission, on-spot scholarship and admission assessment and discounts on service charges before or after admission and visa application.
M Reazul Karim, FCMA, managing director and CEO of Premier Bank said students are developing their careers by travelling abroad for higher studies and that Premier Bank is one of the renowned banks in the country who, among many other services, are able to send tuition fees swiftly and securely through a one-stop service.
