Huge traffic jam in some parts of capital due to protests
Huge traffic jam has formed in some parts of the capital as anti-rape protesters blocked different roads and intersections since morning.
They are creating human chains and protesting against the rape incidents across the country.
As protesters took position in front of the Uttara house building intersection, long tailback has been created on the airport road.

Long tailback of traffic can also be seen from Badda link road to Rampura Bridge, where some protesters have been staging demo.
Uttara West police station Officer-in-charge (OC), Tapan Chandra Shah said, "The protesters are mostly students. We are talking to them to clear the road."
