MoFA sets up human rights cell under its UN wing

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has set up a dedicated human rights cell under its United Nations (UN) wing to look into human rights issues with greater importance and present the facts before the international community by analysing the situation properly.

The ministry issued an office order on Tuesday (2 February) in this regard and Director M Rabiul Islam will look into the human rights cell under Director General DG (UN) Samia Anjum.
