8th Executive Board Meeting of PPP Authority held
The 8th Executive Board Meeting of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Authority was held on September 6 at 4 pm at the PPP Authority's Conference room.
The Board meeting chaired by the Board Chairman and Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, Dr Ahmad Kaikaus. Md Tofazzel Hossain Miah (Secretary) from the Prime Minister's Office, Abu Hena Md Rahmatul Muneem, Chairman of the National Board of Revenue, Abdur Rouf Talukder (Secretary) from the Finance Division, Md Moinul Kabir (Secretary) of the Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division, Fatima Yasmin (Secretary) of the Economic Relations Division and Sultana Afroz (Secretary) of the PPP Authority were present.
The meeting discussed the minutes of the last meeting and the progress of significant decisions, as well as what needs to be done to address the overall challenges of the PPP program. The Meeting concluded with a review of the current status of ongoing projects. The PPP Act-2015 is facilitating public infrastructure and service development through private investment.
