Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation has mourned the death of its managing director Debashish Chakrabarty who breathed his last at Evercare Hospital in the capital on Monday.
Professor Dr Md Salim Uddin, chairman of BHBFC, issued a press statement conveying condolence messages in this regard on Thursday.
Debashish Chakrabarty played important roles in various organisations throughout his career.

He joined Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation as a managing director in 2017. Until the time of his death, he carried out the duties entrusted to him from that position with due diligence, read the press statement.
He played a significant role in the continuous prosperity of the organisation through his talent, wisdom, dedication, concentration and creative work, the statement added.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of BHBFC Professor Dr Md Salim Uddin expressed his deep grief over the untimely demise of Debashish Chakrabarty and manifested his deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
