Awami League-led 14-party alliance to hold rally in Dhaka on 30 October

The Awami League-led 14-party alliance has announced a rally in the capital on 30 October aiming to demonstrate support for conducting the upcoming general election in accordance with the constitution and to raise protests against the "BNP-Jamaat anarchy".
This decision was made during a meeting of the 14-party alliance convened at the residence of the alliance's Coordinator and Spokesperson Amir Hossain Amu in New Eskaton of the capital on Tuesday (24 October).
Following the meeting, Amir Hossain Amu told the media that the 14-party alliance stands prepared to thwart both national and international conspiracies.

He said, "Dishonest efforts, whether from domestic or foreign sources, will not succeed. Elections will be held in adherence to the country's constitution, upholding the prevailing democratic trajectory in the nation."
Amu also affirmed that the 14-party alliance will participate in the forthcoming election as a united front.
"Since the inception of this alliance, we have waged movements together, and we will continue to do so in the future. The 14 parties stand united," he asserted.

The meeting saw the presence of notable figures, including Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JASAD) President Hasanul Haque Inu, Workers' Party President Rashed Khan Menon, Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif, and Samyabadi Dal General Secretary Dilip Barua, among others.
