The minister has also urged them to obey the new law
Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has urged transport owners and workers not to go on strike over the new Road Transport Act.
The minister has also urged them to obey the new law.
Mobile courts have been launched in the city to enforce the new law, said the minister while briefing reporters at his Secretariat office on Monday.
He assured the transport owners and workers of fulfilling all their demands and urged them not to cause sufferings to the public.
Quader also directed the authorities concerned not to do anything excessive while enforcing the law.
