BHBFC launches One Stop Service desks

The Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation (BHBFC) launched a One Stop Service (OSS) Desk at each of its 15 offices, simultaneously, on Thursday – to provide desired services in a short amount of time.
Professor Dr Md Salim Uddin, FCA, FCMA, chairman of BHBFC inaugurated the service desks as the chief guest of an inaugural programme organised at the BHBFC Zonal Office Chittagong, according to a press release.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Dr Salim said the present government is determined to build a country free of corruption and BHBFC is working towards this goal.

Moreover, he highlighted six pillars – attitude, interest, action, verbal language, body language, and tone of the voice – of the OSS desks for customer satisfaction.
