BICM holds International Conference on Sustainable Finance and Investment
Bangladesh Institute of Capital Market (BICM) is holding International Conference on Sustainable Finance and Investment-2021, to mark the Birth Centenary of Bangabandhu and the golden jubilee of Bangladesh's independence.
The 2-day conference was inaugurated on Tuesday morning. Due to Covid induced adverse situation, the programme is being held online.
Profile of Shibli Rubayat Ul Islam, chairman of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, virtually graced the inaugural function as chief guest, while Former Governor of Bangladesh Bank Dr Atiur Rahman joined as guest of honour.

Besides, Frank Rizberman, director general of Global Green Growth Institute; Mofij Uddin Ahmed, additional secretary to the Financial Institutions Division; and Dr Muhammad Abdul Moin, acting dean of Dhaka University's Faculty of Business Studies joined the function as special guests.
