A group of international investors observed that the environment and rate of production were "outstanding" at a plant of the Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited.
They made the remark while visiting the Dhamrai unit of one of the leading pharmaceutical company in Bangladesh, according to a press release issued by the drug manufacturers.
Led by Swiss investment organisation the Credit Swiss Limited, the group included representatives from renowned investment organisations based in Europe, America and Asia.
They also visited the factory of the Swiss Bio Engineering, a business partner of the Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited. The Credit Swiss Limited Asia Entrepreneurs Hub chief Lukas Dorig led the team.
During the visit, Incepta's Chairman and Managing Director Abdul Muktadir, Head of Plant at Dhamrai unit Selim Barami, Head of Admin Zahidul Alam, Head of Incepta Chemical Limited Raowa Khan were present.
From the Swiss Bio Engineering, its Managing Director Mosaddek Rezwan and Director Gabriala Myer were present among others.
On the occasion, Abdul Mukdatir presented a paper regarding the pharmaceutical industry in Bangladesh and the opportunities of investment in the sector.
