VIPB funds declare dividends
The declarations came from the trustees of the funds this week.
VIPB Growth Fund and VIPB Accelerated Income Unit Fund declared 9.0% and 7.0% cash dividends respectively for the year ended on 31 December 2020.
According to a press release, the declarations came from the trustees of the funds. Both VIPB Growth Fund and VIPB Accelerated Income Unit Fund are open-ended mutual funds.
These funds are sponsored and managed by VIPB Asset Management Company. Sandhani Life Insurance Company Limited is the Trustee and BRAC Bank Limited is the Custodian of VIPB Growth Fund.

Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) is the Trustee and Custodian of VIPB Accelerated Income Fund.
"We put investors' interests above everything else in managing our funds", said Shahidul Islam, CFA, CEO of VIPB Asset Management Company.
"Our research-based and disciplined value investments have made us one of the best-performing mutual fund management companies in Bangladesh since 2011", he added.
Shahidul Islam thanked the unit holders of the funds for their continued trust and confidence in the funds.
He also thanked Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, the Trustees and Custodians of the funds, Central Depository Bangladesh Limited and other stakeholders for their cooperation, the press release added.
