Vivo launches V20 smartphone with ‘eye autofocus’ technology
Vivo V20’s super night mode will take clear pictures even in deep dark
Vivo has launched a new flagship smartphone of its V-series, the Vivo V20, in Bangladesh. The new flagship comes with the advanced 'eye autofocus' technology for the first time in this series.
The eye autofocus technology can track and focus on moving objects too for clearer selfies. Usually a phone can focus the object from 35-40cm distance, but due to eye autofocus technology, Vivo V20 can focus from 15cm to above distance, according to a press release issued by the company on Sunday.
V20 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon™ 720G processor, 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM. Moreover, the Funtouch OS 11 (based on Android 11) features a minimalist aesthetic for smoother user interaction.
The smartphone's price is set at Tk32,990 for Bangladeshi customers, read the press release.
The smartphone has triple rear cameras including a 64MP main rear camera, an 8MP multi-function camera for super wide angle, bokeh and super macro shots, and a 2MP mono camera.
In the front, the device has a 44MP selfie camera with eye autofocus feature, added the press release.
Vivo V20 has dual video recording with the front and rear camera at the same time. Moreover, it has a 4k selfie video mode, which creates amazing personalized videos in high resolution.
Vivo V20 stands out for its 7.38mm ultra-sleek design. It is the slimmest phone in the country's market now, the press release claims.
It also has a 6.44-inch display with AG glass technology. V20 is supported by a 4,000mAh battery with 33W Flash Charge that can replenish the battery to 65% with lightning speed.
The smartphone comes in two fashionable colors – midnight jazz and sunset melody.
Vivo announced the launching of the phone in a buoyant ceremony. Bidya Sinha Mim, actress, and music band ARK were present as special guests in the ceremony.
