Three people, including a doctor, have returned home after recovering from Covid-19.
With this, the number of people who have recovered from the virus has risen to 39.
Dr Meerjady Sabrina Flora, director of the Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR) disclosed the information at an online press briefing held on Sunday afternoon.
She added that two of the recovered patients are women, while the other one – the doctor – is a man.
"The doctor had contracted the coronavirus while treating his patients. We are glad to announce that he has returned home after recovering," said the IEDCR director.
Dr Meerjady further added that if two results of a patient come back negative in a span of 24 hours, they do not have Covid-19.
