The authorities officially announced them free from the virus on Saturday and congratulated them. They received food and cash money from the Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md Jakir Hossain.
The garment worker, a 20-year-old female named Ajufa, worked at an apparel factory in Narayanganj with her younger sister Anufa, 18.
The sisters came back to Mymensingh from Narayanganj on April 7 as the factory shut down amid spread of the virus. Ajufa got a mild fever after returning home. She talked to a local doctor and had medicines.

The health division immediately sent her into isolation at Mymensingh SK Hospital. They also collected samples from Ajufa's family members and neighbours.
On April 16, all the test results came and four of Ajufa's family members were diagnosed with the virus. They were Ajufa's sister Shapla, 10, Anufa, aunt Akhinur and Angura Begum.
The authorities instructed all of them to stay in home isolation under the supervision of a doctor.
Ajufa was released from the Mymensingh SK Hospital and her family members by Ishwarganj Health Division on Saturday morning after they tested negative in two coronavirus tests.
The authorities also made the announcement of the family recovering from the local mosque.
