Some 8,636 armed force officials and their family members have tested positive for novel coronavirus infection so far.

A total of 7,686 recovered from the virus while 124 including 13 military personnel died at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) from the deadly infection till August 14, said a press release issued by Inter Service Public Relations Directorate (ISPR) on.

Currently, 826 people are undergoing treatment at the CMH.

In the last week, from August 8-14, 652 armed forces members were infected with the virus while 10 including one current army personnel died.
