Moghbazar hospital locked down after 9 health workers infected with Covid-19

Nine health workers of the Insaf Barakah Kidney and General Hospital in Moghbazar tested positive with the novel coronavirus on Tuesday.
The health ministry directed the authorities to put the hospital into lockdown immediately to curb further spread of the virus.
"Our emergency department treats people suffering from cold, cough, fever. Two doctors working there got infected with the virus at first. Then, 7 more doctors and nurses were tested positive," Public Relations Officer of the hospital Sohrab Akand told The Business Standard.

We placed the hospital under lockdown around 12pm today following the ministry's directives and transferred eight patients who were undergoing treatment at the hospital, he further said.
