Banglalink signs MoU with SBAC Bank to offer enterprise ICT solutions
Innovative digital operator Banglalink has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce Bank Public Limited Company (SBAC Bank PLC). SBAC Bank is a private commercial bank in Bangladesh that offers a wide range of banking products and services to individuals, businesses, and corporate clients.
Under this agreement, Banglalink will offer ICT solutions, including SMS broadcast and voice connections (corporate connectivity), which will help SBAC bank expand its customer marketing services and reach new customers. This agreement will also help them cater to customers' needs more conveniently.
An MoU signing event was held at Tiger's Den (Banglalink Head Office) in Gulshan on 21 November 2024. Mohammed Shafiul Azam, Executive Vice President - Head of DFID & GSD, SBAC Bank PLC and Rubaiyat A. Tanzeen, Enterprise Business Director, Banglalink, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisation.
Banglalink's Taimur Rahman, Chief Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Officer, and Saad Md. Faizul Karim, Head of Key Segment, Enterprise Business, and SBAC Bank PLC's Deputy Managing Director Altaf Hossain were present at the signing ceremony.
