IDLC wins ICSB gold award for best corporate governance
IDLC has been awarded the Gold Award for Best Corporate Governance in the Financial Institutions Sector at the 11th ICSB National Award Ceremony, organised by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB).
Honourable Chief Guest Dr Salehuddin Ahmed, Honourable Adviser, Ministry of Finance, commerce and Science and technology, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Md Khairuzzaman Mozumder, Secretary, Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, Md Selim Uddin, Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Md Abdur Rahman Khan FCMA, Chairman, NBR, Khondoker Rashed Maqsood, Chairman, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission were present at the ceremony.
