Mastercard launches its winter spend and win campaign 2025
Today, Mastercard announced the launch of its winter Spend and Win Campaign 2025, titled 'Sail Beyond.'
The campaign aims to promote digital payments adoption by rewarding cardholders for transactions. It will be live from January 1 to February 9, 2025, and all Mastercard debit, credit, and prepaid cardholders will be eligible to participate.
The campaign winner will be awarded a five-day couple trip, which will include three nights on a memorable cruise covering the vibrant Singapore, Penang Port, and Port Klang in Malaysia, along with air tickets and accommodations. The next winners will get a chance to win exciting rewards, including travel vouchers, electronics, and food and shopping coupons.
To qualify for the campaign, Mastercard cardholders must complete at least four transactions worth BDT 1,000 for domestic purchases or $25 for international purchases. Transactions can be made at the Point of Sale (POS) or through e-commerce platforms. Points will be awarded based on the type of transaction, with three points for cross-border POS retail transactions and two points for domestic POS, e-commerce, and cross-border e-commerce transactions.

Bangladesh citizens holding a Mastercard card issued by a domestic bank or NBFI can participate in the Spend and Win campaign. Some of the leading financial institutions that have collaborated with Mastercard for this initiative include:
