Orion Pharma declares 10% cash dividend at 59th AGM
Orion Pharma Limited held its 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 26 December 2024, at 3:30 pm through a digital platform.
The meeting was attended by Mr Mohammad Obaidul Karim, Chairman; Mrs Zareen Karim, Managing Director; Mrs Arzuda Karim, Director; Mr Salman Obaidul Karim, Director; A.N.M Abul Kashem and Major General Md Zahirul Islam, BSP, SGP, ndc, psc (LPR), Independent Directors; Mr Md Ferdous Jaman, Company Secretary; and Mrs Monowara Khatoon, Acting Chief Financial Officer.
In the presence of a significant number of shareholders on the digital platform, the audited financial statements for the financial year 2023-2024 were presented. The shareholders unanimously approved the audited financial statements in the AGM. The declaration of a 10% cash dividend for the year ended 30 June 2024 was also approved in the AGM.
