Sunlife Insurance holds Annual General Meeting
Sunlife Insurance has announced a 0.5% cash dividend for its shareholders for the December 31, 2023 fiscal year.
This declaration was made during the company's 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today via hybrid conferencing. The physical meeting took place at Eagle Hall, Raowa Convention Hall in Mohakhali, Dhaka. Wafi Shafique Menhaz Khan, Chairman of the company, presided over the AGM, which was attended by the Board of Directors and shareholders.
In his address, the Chairman thanked the shareholders for their unwavering support and cooperation. He commended the efforts of the Sunlife Insurance team and acknowledged their dedication to maintaining exemplary customer service and business operations during the company's challenging times.
