Walton launches Solar Hybrid IPS for affordable and renewable electricity
Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited, a sister concern of Walton Group, has launched its innovative Solar Hybrid IPS under the 'arc' brand, providing an environmentally friendly, renewable, and affordable power supply solution. This Solar Hybrid IPS intelligently utilizes solar power and the national grid through a smart inverter, ensuring significant savings on electricity costs while delivering uninterrupted power backup.
The Walton 'arc' Solar Hybrid IPS is available in five different models, ranging from 1,200 watts to 5,500 watts, along with inverter and battery packages of 1,200 and 3,200 watts.
Liaquat Ali, Additional Managing Director of Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited, highlighted the key advantage of the 'arc' Hybrid Solar IPS, stating that it can reduce electricity bills by up to 20%. The 'arc' solar panels are constructed with a strong aluminum structure to maximize output even in adverse weather conditions. Their anti-reflective, hydrophobic coating enhances light absorption while minimizing surface dust, ensuring excellent performance in low-light environments and harsh conditions. The mono solar panels are designed for high power generation and meet international standards, being ISO 9001, TUV PID-FREE, CE, and IEC 61215/61730/61701/62716 certified.

The Walton Hybrid IPS incorporates various technologies and features, including a pure sine wave inverter, a user-friendly soft-touch panel, MPPT Charging Mode, overload and short-circuit protection, smart battery optimization, auto restart, and cold start functionality. Installation is straightforward and user-friendly.
The pricing for Walton's 'arc' Solar Hybrid IPS models is as follows:
- 1,200 VA inverter with 2 solar panels: Tk 87,000
- 1,200 VA inverter with 3 solar panels: Tk 98,500
- 3,200 VA inverter with 4 solar panels: Tk 175,500
- 3,200 VA inverter with 8 solar panels: Tk 295,000
- 5,500 VA inverter with 10 solar panels: Tk 465,000
Additionally, the IPS packages are priced at:
- 1,200 VA inverter with battery: Tk 79,500
- 3,200 VA inverter with battery: Tk 158,500
