Samsung launches countrywide free AC cleaning service

Samsung Electronics launched a free of cost Air Conditioner cleaning service campaign across the country, said a press release on March 18.
Under this campaign, customers purchased the Non-Inverter and Inverter model AC from any Samsung store can avail this service till this month.
During the campaign, free cleaning and maintenance service will be provided for the out-of-warranty customers (whose warranty is over) without any charge.

To avail this service, customers have been asked to contact the Samsung call center (Toll free: 08000-300-300) at any time.
During the service period, the Samsung service team will also educate customers on the effective ways of using AC and its maintaining to ensure the optimum service and a longer life of the product.
Seungwon Youn, country manager, Samsung Bangladesh said, "We are constantly finding ways to upgrade and tailor our after-sale services by understanding our local customers' needs. That is why, we took this initiative to provide free AC servicing for our customers."
Along with this campaign, nine service vans of Samsung are also moving around the Dhaka, Chattogram, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Barishal, Khulna, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions to provide a quick service for customers to gain customer satisfaction.
