Sheltech Group gets new MD
Tanvir Ahmed, the new MD has been with Sheltech as the second generation of the group's management team since 2008
Sheltech Group has recently appointed Tanvir Ahmed as its new managing director.
Ahmed has been with Sheltech as the second generation of the group's management team since 2008. He is also a director of Envoy Group, according to a statement.
Tanvir Ahmed is also serving as the managing director of Green Textiles and a director at Platinum Boutique Hotels, Aero Speed International Ltd. (GSA Malaysian Airways) and Speedy International Ltd. (GSA – Rotana Jet).

A CIP since 2014, he is also a member of the executive committee of Bangladesh Employers’ Federation and a director of the India-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Ahmed has an educational background specializing in business management, administration and finance. He holds a master’s degree from Cardiff University, a diploma from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a bachelor of arts degree (with Honors) from Kingston University in the UK.
