National Housing Finance declares 10% cash dividend for 2019
The shareholders’ equity in the company was Tk189.21 crore as of December 31, 2019
The shareholders of National Housing Finance and Investments Limited – one of the largest financial institutions of the country – have approved a 10% cash dividend for 2019.
They made the decision at the 21st annual general meeting (AGM) of the company on Sunday.
Mahbubur Rahman, chairman of the non-bank financial institution, presided over the online meeting.

National Housing Managing Director Md Khalilur Rahman, Company Secretary Md Sarwar Kamal, Vice Chairman Syed Altaf Hossain, directors, promoters, audit committee members, and shareholders joined the meeting.
The shareholders praised and thanked the board of directors and management for the continued success of the company.
The shareholders' equity in National Housing was Tk189.21 crore and the company's net profit after tax was Tk23.68 crore as of December 31, 2019.
