Clean Green Bangladesh celebrates World Environment Day

Clean Green Bangladesh, an environmental organisation, celebrated the World Environment Day 2020 with the slogan- "Protect Biodiversity, Build a Liveable World".
To mark the day, the organisation, which has 10 units across the country, organised a colourful procession at their Nabinagar upazila unit of Brahmanbaria to raise awareness about Covid-19, following health guidelines and social distancing norms on June 5.
Mahabub Alam Liton, president of Nabinagar Press Club, Asaduzzaman Kallol, general secretary, Upazila Awami League Youth and Sports Affairs Secretary Md Nasir Uddin, among others, were present at the programme.

In addition, the organisation's Titas Unit in Titas upazila of Cumilla organised a colorful procession on the same day. The unit conducted tree planting programmes in various schools in the area.
