Ginger Honey Lemon Tea

Ingredients:
- 1 cup hot water
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions:
Bring water to a boil and add the ginger slices. Simmer for 5 minutes to infuse. Strain into a cup and add lemon juice and honey. Stir well and sip warm.

- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
Heat the milk in a saucepan. Add turmeric, ginger, pepper, and cinnamon. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired.

Instructions
