BTS fan army raise 5 lakh for Assam floods
The Indian fans contacted with various national and international BTS fans and were able to manage Rs 5 lakh in 24 hours.
BTS fans are back at it again and this time the Indian fans of BTS have collected Rs 5 lakh for Assam flood victims.
The BTS army started an online campaign to raise relief funds for the Assam Floods victims and managed to garner over Rs 5 lakhs. The campaign started after a girl named Bhavana reached out the BTS fan army in the country on Twitter urging them to help Assam, according to reports by Pinkvilla.
The BTS army formed a group and formed a crisis card. They contacted various national and international BTS fan bases and were able to manage Rs 5 lakh in just 24 hours.
The South Korean boy band BTS is known for its charity work across the world. They donate millions of dollars every year and are official brand ambassadors of UNICEF in South Korea.
The international BTS army also donated USD 1 million for the 'Black Lives Matter' movement.
