The musical tribute was performed by 12 musicians from India and Bangladesh. They are Rahul Chatterjee, Snehasish Mazumdar, Morshed Khan, Pearo Khan, Kazi Arindam, Soumyajyoti Ghosh, Gopa De Sarkar, Tapas Roy, Foad Nasser, Samrat Bose and Walter Dias and Rocket Mondal.

Rocket Mondal, musician-composer from India was highly influenced by Salil Chowdhury's music. The musician in a spur of a moment decided to unite musicians from India and Bangladesh to do an instrumental cover of the iconic song.
Foad Nasser, founder and keyboardist of 'Feedback' was immediately on board for the collaboration. The musician was in love with the track and was ecstatic to play the piano for the song.
Naseer felt a deep sense of connection with the legendary song as it consisted of a vast array of Bengali culture and history.
