Popular show "Sisimpur" marks the launch of the 13th Season with a virtual celebration for children and families on its official Facebook page and YouTube channel.
The new season is focused on playful learning, which is critical for children's healthy development, according to a press release.
With so many children in Bangladesh continuing to feel the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the new season of Sisimpur will support families with the tools they need to foster playful learning at home and cope with challenges.

The virtual launch features the beloved Sisimpur characters Tuktuki, Halum, Ikri, Shiku and live character Khushi.
The new season will feature special appearances by global Sesame Street characters Grover and Raya, who will be featured in new segments promoting learning through play.
In other segments, beloved character Ikri will introduce the Bangla alphabet writing style to her friends through animation, sand art, and more.
The new season will also include a new spin on the popular segment "Shiku's Can You Tell." New episodes will also promote healthy habits, taking care of the environment, socio-emotional skills like expressing emotions, and much more.
Season 13 of Sisimpur will air on Fridays on Duronto TV at 8:00 AM, on Maasranga TV at 9:00 AM and BTV at 10:10 AM. However, Sisimpur will continue airing on the weekdays on these three channels as per earlier schedule.
