Popular cinema hall chain Star Cineplex is ready to entertain the audience with the screenings of the horror movie "The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It" and Disney's movie "Cruella."
The two movies made huge records at the box office. "The Conjuring 3" released on 4 June in the USA earned a whopping $10 million dollar on the first day while Disney's "Cruella' made $112 million at the box office, said a press release on Thursday.
"The Conjuring 3" revolves around the real-life murder trial of Arne Johnson, which took place in Connecticut in 1981 and is touted to be "the true case that proved the Devil is real." Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga return as paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren. They take on demonic entities as they try to prove that Arne was innocent as he was possessed at the time of committing the murder.
"Cruella" stars Emma Stone as One Hundred and One Dalmatians villainess Cruella de Vil and tells her backstory.
