Applications are invited from the citizens of Bangladesh for the following post:
Position: Assistant Director (Administration)
Pay Scale: Tk. 35,500-67,010/- along with all other admissible allowances.
Qualifications:
- 1st Class Master's Degree; or
- 2nd Class Master's Degree with 2nd Class Honours and seven years of experience, of which five years should be in an equivalent post of Administrative Officer; or
- MBA with five years of experience, three years of which should be equivalent to the post of Administrative Officer.
Age Limit: Maximum age of 40 years as of 30 June 2025.
Application Procedure: Applications must be submitted in the prescribed form, which can be obtained from Cash Counters #15 & 22, BIRDEM, 122 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Shahabag, Dhaka-1000, on all working days from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The price of the application form is Tk. 500/- for positions numbered 1-8 and Tk. 300/- for positions numbered 9-10. The age limit for positions 8-10 is 32 years as of 30 June 2025.
Candidates currently in service must apply through the proper channel. The name of the applied post should be written on the envelope, and one copy of the money receipt must be attached to the application form.
The management reserves the right to cancel any or all applications without assigning any reason. Private practice outside BIRDEM is not allowed. Institutional practice will be permitted within BIRDEM and BADAS-affiliated institutions.
The completed application, along with the required documents as specified in the application form, must be received on or before 23 January 2025, either by dropping it in the box placed in front of room #241 or sending it by post. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview. Incomplete applications may be rejected. Preference will be given to BIRDEM departmental candidates.
