"The Legend of Korra" takes place 70 years after the events of Avatar and follows the story of Korra, a bender from the southern water tribe. Korra fights to keep the republic city safe from evil forces of both physical and spiritual world.
The series made waves in 2014 with its supposed 'queer ending'. This was a landmark in LGBTQ+ representation. Particularly with one of its first bi-sexual character on a network like Nickelodeon.
