JCI Dhaka East gets new board for 2021
The new board was formed in the recently held general assembly of the organisation
Junior Chamber International (JCI) Dhaka East has formed its new board for the year 2021.
The board was formed in the recently held general assembly of the organisation, said a media statement on Sunday.
Eazaz Mohammed has been elected as the president while incumbent president Wasif Wahed and incumbent director Shovona Shahid will be serving as immediate past president and secretary general for the JCI board respectively.
Prior to the event, the 3rd General Members Meeting of the chapter took place with the presence of the majority of general members.
A special session on reflexology was also held before the general assembly.
The event was graced by special guests including national executive vice president Arman Khan, national executive vice president Sakib Ahmed, national secretary general Lissa Jahan, national general legal counsel Erfan Haque, national vice president Shahedul Azam, past president Rumana Chowdhury, past local president Ahmed A Rahman, past local president Mahmud Un Nabi, immediate past national president Fayaz Atiqul Islam.
JCI is a non-profit international non-governmental organisation of young icons aged between 18 and 40 years who work to create a positive impact on society.
It has members in more than 120 countries. In Bangladesh, JCI is working with 14 local chapters. JCI Dhaka East is one of its founding chapters.
