GPH Ispat official sustains burn injury from factory’s boiling water in Ctg
The injured official was taken to Chittagong Medical College Hospital.
A top official of GPH Ispat Factory sustained burn injury on his leg from boiling water in the factory in Chattogram on Monday morning.
The injured official is -Osman Badsha, assistant general manager of the factory in Banshbaria of Sitakundu upazila.
Abdullah Al Sakib Mubarrat, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Department Of Inspection for Factories and Establishment (DIFE) of Chattogram office confirmed the matter to The Business Standard.

The injured official was taken to Chittagong Medical College Hospital.
Wishing anonymity, a senior official of the factory, said that the accident occurred due to uncontrolled hot-water fume during the routine clearance of the furnace.
