Duronto TV to air special programme on birth anniversary of Bangabandhu
The programme titled ‘Shubho Jonmodin Bangabandhu’ will be hosted by renowned actress Shomi Kaiser
Duronto TV, the only children's satellite television channel in Bangladesh, is going to broadcast a special programme on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children's Day.
The programme titled 'Shubho Jonmodin Bangabandhu' will be hosted by renowned actress Shomi Kaiser, said a press release.
In the show, children will listen to the story of the birth and childhood of Bangabandhu from Shomi Kaiser.

This eminent actress will also discuss Bangabandhu's contribution in the emergence of Bangladesh. All of his memories and stories with children will be focused on this show.
Jaima Tahura Chowdhury, Ahnaf Ithika Maun, Tasnim Alam Dhrub, Iliyah Ramin Haque Bivor, Zeenat Ahmed Zeba, Zarifa Tasneem Abani and Siratim Mustakim Dihan have taken part in the programme.
This special programme directed by Jamal Hossain Abir and Partho Pratim Haldar will be broadcast on Duronto TV on March 17 at 5 pm.
