Community Bank opens branch in Mawna

Community Bank Bangladesh Limited has opened a branch at Mawna in a bid to bring people of Sreepur municipality in Gazipur upazila into the innovative banking services.
Dr Mohammad Javed Patwary, inspector general of police and chairman of Community Bank, inaugurated the branch today, says a press release.
"The bank, which belongs to the ownership of Bangladesh Police Welfare Trust, will fulfil the long cherished desire of police officials. Members of different communities will also get innovative banking services and we firmly believe this initiative will bring benefit to the economy," said Javed Patwary.
