Perfume giants to produce free hand sanitizer in France
French perfume giants including brands like Christian Dior, Guerlain and Givenchy have announced of shifting their perfume production towards large quantities of free hand sanitizer production to help the government to fight against the novel coronavirus.
Earlier, French's perfume making conglomerate LVMH has announced to make free hand sanitizer, reported CNN.
"Through this initiative, LVMH intends to help address the risk of a lack of product in France and enable a greater number of people to continue to take the right action to protect themselves from the spread of the virus," the company said in a press release.
LVMH's move comes in the wake of widespread shortages of hand sanitizers across the globe.
