BCB wants to bring back auctioned memorabilia by cricketers

A lot of Bangladesh cricketers have stepped up to auction their cricketing memorabilia such as bats, balls, and man-of-the-match awards to raise money and aid those badly affected by the coronavirus outbreak.
Shakib Al Hasan was the first to auction his 2019 World Cup bat, with Mushfiqur Rahim, Akbar Ali, and others following suit and putting their valued memorabilia up for auction.
But the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has now decided to bring back those memorabilia.
"I will take an initiative for sure. We couldn't participate in the auctions. Later we will try to bring those items back if the opportunity arises," BCB president Nazmul Hassan told the media on Wednesday.
