Qatar Airways closes Bangladesh office temporarily, requests customers to call or email
To avoid public gathering at the office, Qatar Airways has closed it's Bangladesh office temporarily and requested customers to call or send email to get booking-related services.
"As there has been a high demand from customers looking for tickets, a large number of people came to our office in Bangladesh to book tickets and unfortunately did not observe strict social distancing," a Qatar Airways press release says.
"As the safety and security of our customers and employees is our top priority, we have temporarily closed the office to maintain social distancing and now politely request all passengers call or email us to help with their bookings," the press release further reads.
Customers can call +974 4022 2200 or send an email to [email protected] to get help regarding their bookings.
On June 16, Qatar Airways received approval to operate 3 flights per week to and from Bangladesh.
