Lisa performs new song ahead of its release
Lisa premiered her new song 'Moonlit Floor' at the Global Citizen Festival 2024 in New York City's Central Park on 28 September, which is set to be officially released on 3 October.
Clips of the performance by the Blackpink star have been circulating on the internet. The upcoming release features an interpolation of Sixpence None the Richer's 1998 hit 'Kiss Me,' swapping lyrics to match Lisa's distinct style. The song, 'Kiss Me' reached No 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 list in the year 1998.
The performance follows her recent solo releases, including 'Rockstar', released in June, and 'New Woman' with Rosalía, which was released in August. Meanwhile, Sixpence None the Richer is reuniting with a new EP, 'Rosemary Hill', and a 25th-anniversary tour kicking off in October.
