Tantibazar case: One-day remand for 3 snatchers

A Dhaka court today (13 October) placed three alleged snatchers on a one-day remand in a case filed over the robbery near a Durga Puja mandap in the city's Tantibazar area.
The accused are Askash, 23, Ridoy, 23, and Jibon, 19,.
Kotwali Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Shibbir Ahmed produced the three snatchers before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court and sought a three-day remand for proper investigation into the case.

After hearing the case, Magistrate Mosharraf Hossain granted a one-day remand.
Earlier, Kotwali police SI Rushad Hasan filed the case yesterday (12 October) as the plaintiff.
