DSEX jumps 118 points

The benchmark index DSEX of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) surged 118 points today (29 October), breaking the four days long bearish trend.
During the session, the DSEX rose 2.42% to reach at 5,017 points, while the blue-chip DS30 gained 52 points or 2.90% to 1,858.
Among the traded issues, 312 advanced, while 57 declined and 25 remained unchanged.
