10 contestants to fight for the final round of Miss Universe Bangladesh 2020
On 2 March, the final 10 contestants were selected at the RTV studio
Miss Universe Bangladesh 2020 has been running with the slogan "My confidence, my beauty". This beauty pageant has come to the final round after passing the initial stages very quickly. Ten contestants have survived the initial stages to fight for the crown.
On Sunday, these 10 contestants joined a get-together party at a five-star hotel in the capital. Journalists from different media houses, sponsors and hosts were present at the event.
At the party, the contestants introduced themselves to the guests and discussed different issues concerning the beauty pageant, their experience of the competition and their hopes about the grand finale.

They also shared about their future plan, family and academic background.
The organisers said that they are hopeful about the beauty pageant. The grand finale is supposed to be held on first week of April . The contestants are going through various exercises, which will help them to build their future career.
"It is a matter of great pride for us that these contestants will represent our country on the global stage. This competition will make women more confident and help them resist violence against women," said Rafiqul Islam Duke, president of Miss Universe Bangladesh.
The 10 contestants taking part in the final round of this competition are- Ankita Dey, Apna Chakma, Farzana Akhtar Annie, Farzana Yasmin, Fatema Tuz Zohra, Mariam Ahmed, Masuda Khan, Nidra Dey, Tanzia Zaman
Mithila and Tauhida Tasnim Tifa.Although all of them have different backgrounds they are bound by the common goal of representing Bangladesh on the global stage by winning the competition.
On 2 March, the final 10 contestants were selected at the RTV studio. Now, they will fight for the crown to become the Miss Universe Bangladesh 2020.
The official activities of this second edition of the competition in Bangladesh started in January 2021. Flora Bank is once again the chief sponsor of the event. Godrej Bangladesh became the powered-by-partner on Sunday.
