Unofficial Test: Bangladesh score 233/4 against Sri Lanka on Day-1
Hosts Bangladesh team opened the innings after winning the toss and scored the moderate total featuring 99-runs for the 4th wicket partnership by skipper Nazmul Hossain Shanto and middle-order batsman Afif Hossain.
A brilliant century by skipper Nazmul Hossain Shanto enabled the Bangladesh Emerging Cricket team to score 233 for 4 in 88 overs against Sri Lankan Emerging team on the first day of the four-day first unofficial Test match at Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna on Tuesday.

One down batsman Nazmul Hossain Shanto remained unbeaten hammering 124 runs off 244 balls, hitting 12 fours and one six, number five batsman Afif Hossain contributed 54 runs off 108 balls, featuring seven boundaries before he was bowled by KN Peiris leaving team total 194 for 4 in 73 overs while Zakir Hasan was in batting with nine runs.
KKV Perera, RTM Mendis, and KN Peiris grabbed one wicket each conceding 36, 45 and 60 runs respectively.
Earlier, touring Sri Lanka Emerging Cricket team clinched the three-match unofficial ODI series 2-1 beating hosts Bangladesh Emerging team by seven wickets under D/L method in the 3rd and last match at the same venue on Saturday.
Islanders Sri Lanka made a flying start beating Bangladesh by a big margin of 186 runs in the first one-day match at BKSP in Savar, but the host team made a good comeback in the 2nd match beating Sri Lanka by two wickets at the same venue on August 21.
The 2nd and final four-day match has been scheduled to be held at Sheikh Kamal International Stadium in Cox's Bazar on September 3-6.
