West Indies whitewash Tigers in Test series

The final stance by Miraz only decreased the margin of defeat for Tigers as with his wicket gone, Bangladesh are all out for 213 runs in the second Test against West Indies. 

This will be Bangladesh's 15th whitewash in a series of two or more matches - eight more than any other team. Zimbabwe have suffered 7 whitewashes in their home.

Warrican took the last wicket increasing his numbers to 3 for 47. Cornwall took 4 for 105.

A sudden attack from Miraz is giving the hosts a glimmer of winning. He made 31 from 53 deliveries.

The hosts are facing defeat after losing Nayeem to a bizarre LBW by Brathwaite. 

Windies are one wicket away from victory. Bangladesh needs to make 43 more runs on the last day.

The Windies spinner has taken 9 wickets in the match. Bangladesh still needs 68 runs to win.

Liton edges one behind wicket while trying to cut away Cornwall. Bangladesh still needs 78 runs to win. 

Liton made 22 from 33 deliveries. Windies are on the top as Cornwall bags his 8th in the match.

Bangladesh skipper Muminul gets picked off by Warrican after scoring 26 from 68 deliveries. Miraz and Liton fight to keep the hope of winning alive. 

Windies are four wickets away from whitewashing Bangladesh.

Shortly after Mushfiq, Mithun goes back to the pavilion too after being defeated by the bounce of Cornwall. He made 10 from 12 deliveries.

Bangladesh skipper Muminul is accompanied by Liton in the middle. Cornwall picked his 7th wicket of the test.

Mushfiqur gets beaten by spinner Warrican edging him to keeper Da Silva. He lost the review against the umpire's decision. 

Bangladesh loses four wickets in 42 runs. Windies spinners are coming strongly while defending the low total.

Shanto gets picketed up by Cornwall right before tea while trying to flick him to short leg, only landing at the hands of Moseley.

He scored 11 from 31 balls.

Right after picking up a fifty, Tamim gets himself caught while trying to drive Brathwaite away. Both openers fell victim to the part-timer.

Tamim had scored his 28th Test fifty by pushing Cornwall away for a single in the previous over.  

He made 50 from 44 balls. Bangladesh is 161 runs away from victory.

Soumya edges one to Cornwall while trying to glance away an overpitched delivery by Brathwaite. He departs after scoring 17 from 34 balls.

Before the poor shot, he and Tamim were cruising along in chasing the 231 run target set by the visitors. 

Tamim has scored a solid 44 from 39 balls.

The spinning duo Taijul and Nayeem manage to cut off Windies tail just after lunch. WI lost their last 4 wickets in 13 runs. 

Taijul bagged 4 for 36 runs and Nayeem took 3 for 34 runs. 

Bangladesh is expected to score 231 runs in the fourth innings for winning the test.

Taijul has managed to get Da Silva caught in the slip shortly after lunch. He departs adding no more to his 20. 

Nkrumah Bonner at his 36 is accompanied by Joseph.

WI goes to lunch without losing another wicket as the lead has stretched to 211 runs. 

Bonner is at 30 from 107 deliveries while his partner Da Silva has scored 20 runs facing 52 balls. 

The duo has put together a 25-run partnership.

Bangladesh pacer Abu Jayed Rahi zipped through the West Indies middle-order by picking up Warrican and Mayers in quick succession early on the fourth day of the 2nd test. 

Meanwhile, Taijul has gotten rid of Campbell. Windies are now at 85/6. 

The three wickets are proving to give Bangladesh some breathing space as the WI lead has so far been extended to 198 runs. 

Nkrumah Bonner is showing resilience with 27 runs on board from 90 deliveries and Da Silva has scored 10 from 23 balls.
