A Bangladeshi couple organized a kite festival in Japan. It was inaugurated by Shahabuddin Ahmed, Ambassador of Bangladesh Embassy in Japan. People of different ages and professions participated. This arrangement has taken the form of a gathering of expatriate Bangladeshis.
