OpenAI and Microsoft bring $10 billion supercomputer 'Stargate'

OpenAI and Microsoft, the maker of ChatGPT, have jointly planned to build a supercomputer for artificial intelligence. The supercomputer called 'Stargate' may cost around 10 billion US dollars to build.
