Drone strike kills alleged killer of 26 Bangladeshis in Libya
Khaled Al-Mishai, allegedly responsible for the killing of 30 migrant workers including 26 Bangladeshis in Libya, was killed in a drone strike by Libyan air force south of Gharyan on June 2, The Libya Observer tweeted.
Earlier, Khaled Al-Mishai allegedly killed those migrant workers in retaliation of the murder of his kin, a human trafficker, by some migrant workers.
On May 29, members of the Civil Society for Global Commitments on Migration demanded justice for the victims saying the human traffickers involved in murdering must be brought to justice without delay.

Later, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested Kamal Hossain, 55, one of the masterminds of the human trafficking ring, in connection with the killings on June 1.
The elite force also arrested the ringleader of a human trafficking gang Haji Kamal Hossain for his alleged involvement in the trafficking on the same day. The arrestee sent about 400 Bangladeshis to Libya illegally in the last 10-12 years.
The Libyan government has strongly condemned the murder by calling it a cowardly act and promised to bring all the killers to justice in a condolence message on June 1.
Libya has long been a destination for migrants because of its oil-funded economy, but is also an important way-station for people attempting to reach Europe across the Mediterranean.
